Hello Woodbrook!

I have a deep love for small-town charm and the magic of contemporary romance. When I imagined the town of Woodbrook, I focused on sweet main street areas that many smaller towns still have in place. There always seems to be a local diner that brings people together. The Scissor-tailed Flycatcher is the state bird of Oklahoma – in case you were wondering about the cafe name. It seems like a great spot to stop by for a hearty breakfast on a Saturday morning when you have time to chat with your neighbors and with owner who finds a minute to join you at your table. And what small town wouldn’t have a bigger than life Sheriff! Although, I don’t remember the Sheriff from the small town I grew up in looking quite like the one in Woodbrook. But, to dream…
